Pi Beta Phi: Spaghetti Supper

March 5th was Pi Beta Phi’s annual Spaghetti Supper!  Along with the Pi Phi 5k in the fall, Spaghetti Supper is the other big philanthropy event!

Tickets were only $5 for guests to come by and get some delicious Spaghetti for dinner. This year Pi Phi started something new where guests could Pie a Pi Phi for $1! They filled a pie tin full of whipped cream, and then the guest could walk up and Pie a Pi Phi! It allowed for a fun atmosphere, and of course gave everyone a good laugh.  We raised $2,734 and all of our proceeds from the night went to benefitting Children’s Literacy.

Over 100 girls volunteered to work the event and help serve spaghetti!
Freshman Brittney Browning said, “I liked working the Spaghetti Supper because we got to serve our guests and show them how thankful we were for them to come and support Pi Phi!"
Guests ranged from alumni, other Greek Life members, and students from campus.
Pi Beta Phi wants to thank everyone who came out and helped support Children’s Literacy!
