Congratulations to the October Greek Woman of the Month, London Farrar!
London is from Little Rock, Arkansas and is a member of Delta Delta Delta. She was nominated by Kelly Nefzger of Delta Delta Delta.
About London (submitted by Kelly):
"I am nominating London because she is a woman of outstanding character,
and exemplifies the qualities of a Delta Delta Delta woman. She is
poised, intelligent, determined, and kind. She puts others' needs before
her own, and so displays true servant leadership. As the Banner Chair
for Delta Iota, she takes pride in her work. I have witnessed her pour
her time and energy into her duties as an officer in order to represent
Tri Delta in the best way possible. Her hard work pays off; since she
became Banner Chair, our chapter has not lost a banner competition. This
work ethic also transfers over to her studies, in which she excels as a
nursing major. London spends her free time improving her sign language
skills, volunteering in the community and for our philanthropy, St. Jude
Children's Research hospital, spending intentional time with friends
and family, developing relationships with her professors, and generally
giving her
time to better the lives of those around her. She is without a
doubt deserving of the title Greek Woman of the Month, and would receive it with dignity."
